Born and raised in Davison, Michigan Mark started wrestling at the young age of just 4 years old. Fast forward to 2011, Hall moved to the infamous Apple Valley High School in Minnesota to begin his High School wrestling career as a 7th grader.
In his 6 years of wrestling for Apple Valley, Mark had done what no other wrestlers have done in Minnesota before by becoming the first person to win 6x individual state titles and 6x team state titles while being named 2016 Dave Schultz High School Excellence Award. In Freestyle, Mark became a Cadet World Champion, Junior World Champion, and most notably made it to the quarterfinals of the United State Olympic Trials in 2016 as a High School senior. Hall posted a 278–5 record overall and is often considered the best Minnesota high school wrestler in history due to his accomplishments.
After high school, Hall became a Penn State Nittany Lion. Hall made history early on in his college wrestling career becoming one of the first freshmen in Penn State history to capture an NCAA title. Hall went on to become an 3x NCAA Finalist, 4x NCAA All-American, and 3x Big 10 Champion.
Mark Hall now wrestles for the PRTC in Philadelphia, PA and plans to pursue his dreams of World and Olympic gold medals. After wrestling, Mark plans to coach wrestling and continue his legacy.
